Campus shoe drive underway to benefit Palmer Home
An athletic shoe drive led by students in the Montgomery Leadership Program at Mississippi º£½ÇÒùĸÂÒÂ×is underway through the end of the month to benefit the Palmer Home for Children.
The home currently serves nearly 100 children from birth through college age who live year-round on two campuses in Columbus and near Hernando. Palmer Home extends counseling to the family of origin, foster care, and other family-related services.
Drop off gently used athletic shoes in one of the boxes located at all MSU residence hall lobbies, the Holliman Athletic training rooms, Hand Chemistry building, McCarthy Gym/Kinesiology Building, Chick-fil-A and The Old House.
